Room was spacious, clean. Bed was very comfortable.

I thought the carpet and wall paper was a little old. You could have given better quality toilet paper- something soft and strong.

Veiw Good. The hotel is quiet and peaceful.

Lobby seating is not clean and requires better maintenance. The number of seats is insufficient, especially during peak hours, which causes inconvenience to guests. There are electrical issues in the room; some power outlets and cables are not working. The refrigerator is not functioning properly. There are additional maintenance issues that need attention. Room cleanliness does not meet expected standards and requires improvement

Location Decoration

They didn't specify in the booking or when we checked in that there would be an additional government fee of 7 RM per day. So they only told us when we were checking out. This fee started on 1st Jan and we checked in on that day so they should've informed us beforehand. We are traveling with a plan on how to spend money effectively so when there are surprise fees, it's highly annoying and a hassle to deal with. We also booked WITH breakfast but they said it was without and tried not give us breakfast and then the lady serving breakfast checked the system and said that we did book with breakfast but again on the day of checking out they are telling us we didn't book with breakfast. Please start informing your customers about everything you are charging them for and perhaps try updating your system? Clearly it is ineffective. Also: terrible food and the keycard to the door doesn't work properly.
