"Not a pleasant place to stay"

I had a horrible experience since the day I got there. They charge me $30 per person to be in the hot lobby just to wait for my time to check in. The staff at front desk was incredibly rude every time I asked a question. One night it rain and the water kept coming in through the window and floor, I used towels to keep drying the floors.

It's beautiful, fun and relaxing.. The food was also great, and we got breakfast and lunch the day of checkout. The checking was fast also. I would definitely go back.

If I can give it a 0 star I would. The service is 10/10 but the Resort itself is not. Don’t expect Punta Cana or Cancun. Do not recommend this ‘resort’.

Staff service was very poor . Front desk don’t know what customer service mean. The good part was all the Iguanas on the surrounding, and the food was acceptable
