Parkhotel Schachen

Il personale è veramente incapace e non attento a gli ospiti, alla reception non trovi mai nessuno e documenti e chiavi delle camere sono lasciati sul bancone. Al ristornate parlano male italiano e quasi tutti non sanno fare il loro mestiere. Pasti sotto la media, camere e struttura vecchia ma la zona spa e i bagni sembrano ristrutturati da poco.

I habe been staying at this hotel for 6 years now and I love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They renovated the pool and spa area, and it’s TOP. Also the bathrooms in the room are newly renovated and they are great. I and at least 30 people will return next year. Prices are very affordable for the service they offer. I highly recommend!

Personale gentilissimo, cucina ottima, camere pulite, prezzo interessante. Soggiorno piacevole in un hotel da consigliare!

Il servizio tutto sommato è stato buono. La camera era spaziosa, colazione e cena nella media. Il servizio a tavola un po' lento e poco attento agli ospiti.Tutte le finestre della camera e soprattutto quella del bagno facevano entrare freddo la cosa che d'inverno non è piacevolissima. Problemi tutti risolvibili, basta la voglia di farlo..

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel schönes Schwimmband und Saunabereich, weniger schön, dass man über den wenig einladenden, kalten, bevölkerten Eingangsbereich im Bademantel dort hingelangen muss. Am Personal wird zu viel gespart, beim Einchecken war niemand dort, der Frühstückskaffee kam nach dem Frühstück, da dieselbe Person auch das Auschecken erledigen musste und zwar freundlich war, aber einfach nicht alles zugleich erledigen konnte. Essen ist in Ordnung, man kann zwischen zwei Vor- und drei Hauptspeisen auswählen, Salatbuffet; Frühstück gute Auswahl.

The accomodation at Parkhotel was great. We were a group of friends with families with children and everything went well. The rooms were clean, big enough, the bathrooms very nice renovated and very clean. The pool and saunas are also renovated and great for spending the evening. The restaurant is a bit old fashioned but the food is very good, I would say too much :) You can choose 2/3 choises for a dish, and you have 3 dishes. Also breakfast was good and enough. It is not a 4/5 star hotel but the staff is very collaborative, the price is very good for the facilities. I havent seen pictures with the new bathrooms and the renovated spa here. Over all it was a very good experience considering the budget.

Veramente un posto meraviglioso. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile così come il soggiorno e tutti i relativi servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti in qualsiasi stagione. Noi torneremo veramente presto.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Hotel Schachen verbracht. Preis Leistung Verhältnis super. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass im Hotel ein Schwimmbad ist. Sonst hätten wir das auch genutzt. Wir kommen wieder
