Отель чистый!персонал доброжелательный, вежливый! Останавливались в гостинице с ребенком,брали двухместнвй номер с раздельными кроватями-все соответствовало цене. Завтрак стандартный-с 7.00 людей в это время не было-ысе было свежее. Из минусов:сильная слышимость сквозь стены и входную дверь,отсутствие фена.

Номер небольшой. Вполне чистый. Отопление регулируется. Света в номере недостаточно. Обычный маленький телевизор с 2-3 каналами на русском языке. Фен, халат, тапочки, кулеры с горячей и холодной питьевой водой отсутствуют. Халат и тапочки отсутствуют в принципе. Фен можно попросить - дают в бесплатное пользование. Хорошая кухня при отеле в баре - ресторане, средний счет около двадцати пяти - тридцати евро на двоих. Завтраки - шведский стол, достаточно сытные и вкусные. Обслуживание на твердую четверку, достаточно приветливый персонал. Местоположение отеля по отношению к центру - не близко. В теплую летнюю погоду можно и прогуляться, зимой однозначно транспорт такси или автобус № 30, троллейбус № 40. Очень понравилось обслуживание в баре отеля.

"Sehr preiswert für ein wirklich gutes Hotel"

Ein sehr gutes Hotel zum fairen Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück ist zum Preis von 5 Euro pro Kopf wirklich in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich. Toll, das Infotainment im Hotel mit WLAN und Internetanbindung. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Hotel etwas abgelegen und man erreicht es von der Haltestelle Bibliothek mit der Buslinie 27.

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.the location is further out of town than we originally thought,everything could be heard from the corridors and surrounding rooms and staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We left this hotel after 1 night of our 4 night stay,definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Could fill springs in bed, wifi lousy too many bus groups, not enough service. Moved closer to town, better hotwe, little higher price.
