"Nice hotel"

The hotel is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was also quite nice with the exception of the shower which blocked and resulted in water flowing into the room. It would also be nice if the room had some information on the activities around the hotel.

"Peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings"

We spent a weekend at this hotel in October and really had a great time. Beautiful view of the lagoon from the bedroom and stunning grounds. We enjoyed the walk around the property and down to the beach and especially seeing the buck roaming the grounds which was really special. Good breakfast was included in our rate so overall exceptional good value for money. We would really recommend this hotel and hope to return for a longer stay soon!

"Gem on South-coast"

I booked this hotel stay as a surprise to my wife on our 10th anniversary and it was just perfect. The location was peaceful and quite, the hotel room was clean, the staff were very friendly. She totally enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the food but all in all is was a nice, peaceful, relaxing stay.

"Shocking 3 star Hotel(Service a in a 4 star Resort"

Visted a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. This trip was shocking to say the least. Service levels were atrocious with no interest taken in guest requests ( Other Guests Mentioned ). The breakfast was abysmal with limited variety and staff hanging around with no offer for a coffee top up or to inquire about your experience etc. The noise levels were the worst i have ever experienced from staff and guests ( Im not overly picky , but this was a serious issue ) This noise was over above the noise from the construction which starts early . All in all , i would be amazed if their Star rating is not slashed soon as they are riding off the rating from the previous management. Do not Stay here is you want peace and quite.

"Christmas stay"

Beautiful hotel and room. Good variety for breakfast. The christmas stockings on Christmas eve and Christmas day was a really nice touch.
