Excellent accommodation

The staff, view and facilities were beyond our expectations. The stay included buffet dinner and breakfast. Both were far above our expectations for quality and selection.

Lovely location and outdoor pool. Really good variety for breakfast and dinner. Polite staff.

Great service, facility and amazing spa! Ms. Vasia the Spa Manager provided exceptional customer care when helping us organize our spa experience during our stay and the staff were extremely professional and courteous. Will be coming again!

Arrived late evening and was surprised to see a food plate in the fridge as missing dinner. Great service and hospitality. Staff at the bar were also very nice. Problem were the number of mosquitoes in the room. That made the impression of the stay not totally good.

1. Rooms. They are very dated. It felt like 1980 style. 2. The door was open to the terrace. So our room was full of mosquitoes when checking in. Everyday after house keeping had been in our room they opened the door again and we had flies etc when arriving back at the room after dinner. 3. Fridge/minibar didn’t work they did fix it say 2 4. Very bad beds. 2 singles pushed together and very old. 5. Food quality. 1-2 out of 10 6. Service in restaurants 1 out of 10 7. Service in pool area 1 out of 10 8. Thermal spa closed 9. Outside pool was cold (weather was good )not heated.
