We do not have private parking, we can issue a subscription for public parking at a cost of € 10.00 per day. The agreed beach service is on payment, from May to September. The price starts from € 25.00 per day to € 70.00 (July and August) Please note: Spa and wellness centre comes at the additional cost of 35 EUR per entry, per person for up to 1 hour 15 min.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Clean, comfortable, classy stay in Viareggio"

The bed was comfortable, location was great and the breakfast was fantastic.

The sink in my bathroom did not drain properly and there were lots of bright neon lights from the gym that were obnoxious to look at. Be warned if you get a room with a ‘courtyard view’
