El personal es la esencia de este lugar, educados, familiar, trato inmejorable. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectar. Calidad-precio del buffet correcto, buena limpieza y camas cómodas. Facilidad para aparcar en el parking, cerca de calas preciosas y de Santa Eulalia

Quizás se echa de menos más aire acondicionado en zonas comunes , algunas partes envejecidas

Clean, comfortable and good selection of food both breakfast and dinner (including options for vegetarian) The large Pool was great and with sloping entrance as well as steps.

The shower was over the bath which was a little difficult for me. Perhaps some updating to Walk in showers. The decor is dated, but this we overlooked as the outside area was excellent.

- Nice big hotel - delicious breakfast with delicious fresh omelette and pancakes (very nice and friendly guy preparing them) - location easily to reach from the airport

- No matter what time of the day or night, there was always a queue at the reception. Even to ask for a towel, I had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. - The room was nice but extremely loud at night due to a generator just outside the window. So sleeping with an open window was not an option. - There were no toiletries in the room, not even the cheapest soap. For a 200€/person/night I at least expected a soap. When asked at the reception, I've been told they are giving shower gel if asked personally and daily at the reception. - The money for the room was booked twice from my account (got returned right away). - Someone else booked beverages from the bar on my room and I had to justify myself that I never consumed anything from the hotel bar.

Het zwembad ligt in een prachtige tuin. Het hotel was erg schoon en netjes.

Wij hebben nu voor de 2e x een kamer gehad aan het zwembad gedeelte en we werden iedere morgen om 08.30 uur gewekt door de bladblazer en dat ze alles aan het snoeien waren.Je komt er ook voor je rust. Zoiets moeten ze veel later doen. Om de volgende x weer terug te gaan ben je al weer verplicht om een duurdere kamer te nemen dan heb je wel die rust. Ontbijt wordt erg slecht bij gevuld, tafels worden maar half ingedekt. Veel last van riolering lucht. Om klokslag 00.00 uur, wordt er zonder aangeven het licht .s avonds bij het terras uitgedaan. Je zit dus gewoon in het donker nog je glas leeg te drinken. Dit omdat het bar personeel optijd naar huis wil. Erg jammer.

La atención al cliente, hasta las 21 podes comer algo en el restaurante y luego de esa hora el hotel no ofrece nada! Nada de Nada, no hay room service ni para una coca, el bar de pileta funciona a partir de las 13 hs. Antes nada ! Y luego de16 a 18 hs. No cambian la toallas de pileta ni sábado ni domingo. Nadie se preocupó por resolver cualquier inconveniente .
