Great location. Toilet floor a tad dirty or tired. Main spa a bit cold and gate broken

Location to beach and shops is why we booked here.

The bathroom light and fan did not work, the wall box to the plumbing was all rusty, the towel rails were bent and paint peeled off, the basin tap was almost ceased. Shower over high walled Spa bath was not safe to climb over and the shower head just dribbled instead of spraying. Overall bathroom needs a full renovation! Also we could not access the room without going up and down multiple stairs even though there was a lift from the basement to the upper levels - the room we were in had me trying to pull my suitcase up about 10 stairs.

staff member told another person that they had a better room than us in front of my wife ..we upgraded our room but did not get the view we were told..the other people did..ants on kitchen bench each night..

Location is great

The bedding was a dirt blanket. I didn’t like it. The lighting was really dull and dim. You couldn’t keep the sliding door open as there was no screen and bugs would fly in. No fan in the bathroom.

Great views from ocean view apartment and good pool/spa area.

Really tired apartment and not worth the money paid. Needs some investment to bring it up to spec, bed not comfortable and in general not at a good standard.
