The view

The apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived. There was hair everywhere, toenails in the bathroom, hair in the shower, floors were filthy.

"Fabulous stay! The Rise is highly recommend."

Lovely presented property. We had everything we needed. The location is really great. Far enough away from crazy busyness of Hastings St and not too far to walk to beach, shops and National Park. A spectacular view, very peaceful and relaxing, and gorgeous gardens. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked.

Showers/bathrooms could do with a deep clean.

The great location. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony. Really nice to have an outdoor courtyard space to all the bedrooms. The spa bath in the ensuite was small but a bonus.

The lighting to the outdoor stairs weren't working on our second night stay and we felt unsafe at night negotiating the stairs with no lights. The apartment wasn't very clean. We reported the issues to reception, and they were very obliging. The second bathroom was very dark. The toilet being right next to the kitchen!! How bizarre!!
