The rooftop spa was a beautiful surprise

Hi Guys, location was great, very clean and staff at front desk were lovely.

There was no ironing board. No hand towels for bathroom and not a lot of glassware/mugs etc. One pack of dishwashing detergent isn't a great deal for a few days.

Great location. Good views.

Sauna & spa not operating would of liked to know that prior

The view was amazing and one of the reasons I booked this property, it did not disappoint. The TV was reasonable for a holiday TV and after closing the sliding screen door there was almost no sound coming in from outside, almost like soundproof. The hot tub at the facility was great and the view from the rooftop was simply amazing.

The bed. They wanted to charge us for an extra bed after we already booked for two males, and on the listing at booking it said nothing about one bedroom apartment. Also the pillows were very firm and we had to change them. It was an effort to get this done. Secondly, the sauna was not functioning at the time of our stay which was a disappointment. It was an effort to find where the spa was actually located too. There was no room service and some of the remotes in the room did not work for fans. No clear place told me where to put the rubbish either.

Showers are very out dated could use a update with a better hot water system and better shower head. When we got there no one would answer the after hours phone was a muck around trying to check in
