Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur. Un choix de plat à la carte, puis obligation d’un buffet très faible dans les choix, plutôt minimaliste. Même les serveurs semblent désorientés. Vraiment peu goûteux. Un établissement de cet ordre, mérite mieux.

I need transfer for porto e other places

One staff member particular stood out. She greeted my daughter every morning and gave her the "royal" treatment. My daughter asks me about her. All the staff member was outstanding and paid to attention to details. They treated us like family and the cleaning staff even remembers children name and made sure we have extra towels or water for them.

Flexible shuttle service would have been great. The shuttle had limited seats and if you don't book it in time you would have to find another option to go into town.

공격적인 말투의 여직원 한명 때문에 다 망침. 사과를 요구하였으나 끝내 인정안함. 아침 식사가 매일 같아요.

Thank You for the great time in Sorrento! Without your team ( Ivan, Giuseppe, Luise, Guys from the pool and waiters) this wonderful time would not became real. We wish to every hotel guest to have oportunity to cooperate with people like you. Least but not last, i would like to underline that the stay was also compared with special moments of our life. المكان جميل ومطل على البحر والحديقة المحيطة به جدا جميلة والموظفين كانوا رائعين وخلوقين وشكرا خاص لموظفه الاستقبال المغربية.

الإفطار كان بسيط جداً ولايوجد تنوع كبير

The views were incredible. Staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The private beach was fabulous and the shuttle bus to the town of sorrento was very handy.
