Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 to 19:00 and closed on Saturday. Please note that access to the sauna and hammam is at an additional cost. Please note that the swimming pool and the hot tub are accessible in July and August and during Winter months. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site : Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A decent place to stay, but a bit pricey for what it offers."

Quiet, cozy, mountain views. Great sauna.

We were forced to take out the trash, do laundry, and make the beds, even though cleaning was included in our reservation. Cold pool and jacuzzi.

La tranquilidad del entorno, el trato de la recepcionista y el parquig

Falta actualizar los muebles, suelo con baldosas rotas, la habitación de mi apartamento, la cama, solo se podía salir de ella por un sitio la otra parte estaba pegada a la pared. La cortina de la claraboya de la venta rota, tuvimos que poner una toalla para que no entrase la luz. Muebles de la cocina deteriorado. No tuvimos suerte con el apartamento que nos tocó

La proximité du centre de cauterets et accès à de nombreux chemins de randonnées, paysages magnifiques.

La résidence est vieillissante, ascenseur en panne et piscine fermée jusqu'au mercredi cette semaine passée pour cause d'incident.

La ubicación es buena. Está a unos pocos minutos andando del pueblo, un bonito paseo. Nosotros fuimos en julio. En temporada de esquí, está cerca de la telecabina, aunque tiene una cuesta. De todas maneras debe haber una navette (autobús lanzadera gratuita) que te acerca. La telecabina está entre el apartamento y el pueblo. El alojamiento tiene unas instalaciones comunes en muy buen estado, en las que destaca una piscina muy agradable, rodeada de montañas, una gozada y unos vestuarios muy cómodos. Nuestro apartamento no era demasiado grande, pero estuvimos cómodos. Lo más destacado fue el personal, más que excelente, de 20 sobre 10, muy dispuesto a que la estancia sea buena. Nos tocó personal que hablaba perfectamente español. Lamento no saber el nombre pero es de destacar lo bien que nos trataban, sobre todo una chica con familia española. Gracias por todo.

Quizás la cocina es de dimensiones reducidas y un poco incómoda.

"Magnifiques vacances au cœur montagne"

Le domaine est un très bon lieu de vacances bien situé proche du centre ville, le personnel est tres accueillant et sympathique. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. Cauterets est une ville dynamique et chaleureuse pleine de gourmandises.
