I like the location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The indoor pool and lazy river were great!

AC was broke. Took a long time to get moved. Moved to another resort15 minutes away. Much smaller place.No lazy river. No indoor pool. Hot tub broke. Screens missng from windows. Needs a good cleaning. Took 7 hours for repair to look at Ac wven when they new it was broke beforehand. Find another resort.

The apartment size and kitchen facilities were excellent. It was a shame that the carpet was dirty and the front desk didn’t provide what we needed to be able to use the pool.

Horrible. Run from this place. I booked 1 night for my employee. There was no place to park the 26 foot moving truck. HOA rules. The office offered a parking spot 3 foot ball fields away. My employee had to go in and out for food, materials etc, making it extremely inconvenient. The office manager stated to call Expedia and cancel the reservation for a refund. I called Expedia and they called the supervisor to which she refused refund. I then looked up the reviews to this place on Google and realized what a dump it really it. Expedias reviews do not reflect the REAL reviews. The property charge is more than the rental. I rent hotels weekly for my moving crew. I am a Platinum member. Trust me, when I say RUN.

This place was amazing!!!!!! Stayed for a week, it was very quite, SPACIOUS!!! The only thing that was wrong was our pool was not available......But! The staff have us different passes with no hesitation. Sometimes the security was annoying about the pool ( before we got new passes) but he was doing his job. Shoit out to security for patrolling the area, and keeping things in tact.

The condo itself was a little run down but the facilities that were on the property were really nice. It was are first experience with renting a condo and it was overall a good one. It was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do so that was really convenient.

BEWARE! Roaches, hard beds, no sheets, and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve had to date. Our upstairs neighbors kept us up till 4am 5 out of our 6 night stay. Finally on night 3 we called security. They have them a warning and the neighbors went right back to it. Day 4 we called security again and the security actually came into our unit and heard the noise. Security called the police and all they were given was another warning. I communicated with Kathy at the front desk, was supposed to be contacted by Matthew and was told for 2 days he would call me and we still haven’t heard from him. We expressed we wanted an early checkout and he never returned our call. So we stayed another night and the last night was the worst. The front office just told me the unit wasn’t there’s so there is nothing they can do. They upstairs people were kicking soccer balls at all hours of the night, moving furniture and screaming until 4 am! We had to turn on tvs to drown out the noise. They don’t care about the quality or comfort of your stay. Once they get their $$ they could give a crap less. Do yourself a favor and google the reviews before you stay. Lots of the same problems and ll Matthew does is give the same generic response. People complained about our group playing football in the giant grassy areas and a security guard came and pestered our kids everyday for just being outside. Dead roaches were in all of the rooms. The pool next to our unit was closed the whole visit.

I can say that if I ever come back to Myrtle Beach I will love to stay there again. I will recommend to my colics and friends I work as a subcontractor and this is the perfect place to stay in the area

When we first checked in, the unit we were initially assigned had a broken window. I called the office they responded promptly, and also moved us to another unit. The second unit was amazing and aesthetically pleasing compared to the first. The only negative really was that the pool water was ice cold, ace the outdoor pool closest to the unit we were in was not in service. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.
