The location was excellent, close to centre, easy access to the centre by No 4 bus. Free car parking, which was an advantage, as we were driving. Comfortable large, clean room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Le personnel, le calme et le corfort, le parking gratuit devant l'hotel. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et dîner.

Notre chambre était un peu éloignée de la reception et à rafraichir mais bon rapport qualité-prix.

"Visita a Segovia muy agradable"

El desayuno era completo y relajado.

Nos tocó una habitación donde el anterior huésped había fumado y el olor a tabaco era exagerado y rancio. Así lo hicimos saber en recepción y dijeron que tomarían medidas con ese cliente habitual.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Hotel in good location and safe parking for moto right outside the door. Lovely room well appointed and spacious.

Everything was great except to rather portly bar tender who was miserable and not very good at his job.
