Brandywine River Hotel

It’s very close to our office and my son’s home works out great

Very friendly staff, pleasant room, great location, good price.

No clock in the room. No electrical outlet near the bed to plug in a phone, laptop or other communication device.

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to a couple of very good restaurants and just a short drive to Longwood Gardens.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast was great!

Mattress could be firmer.

The hotel is nice and cozy. My room, bathroom, hallways, breakfast room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is as good as continental breakfast goes. Climate control in the room is not too noisy and has wide range of temperatures. Room had fridge, and even 2 wine glasses. Extra blankets are provided. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fireplaces are on in breakfast room and lobby. Some art on the walls of hallway. We will stay there again.

The keyless entry, The small intimate feel, located near a lot of good places to eat, staff were very nice and welcoming. I booked the Suite. It was fabulous . I enjoyed the complimentary robe. The fire place which had a real fire, the canopy bed and the large jetted tub. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. I will be back.

Room 111 has far too much noise coming from the mechanical room below.

Location the best. Like smallness, homie feel of place.

Tub too slippery in shower. Coffee in room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and bright. We enjoyed the small shops nearby..
