"Pet urine smelling rooms, unclean and bad customer service."

I liked the location to airport and indoor pool.

I didn't like that I was put on the first floor were the people with pets stay. I came with no pet and realized after a few hours the smell I'm my room was pet urine. I am also allergic to pet dandruff and they did not let me know i was being put in a room where the animals stay. I also informed the front desk, about the pet urine smell in my room and their only response was " we will let house keeping know". No explanation of why they did not tell me they were putting me on a pet floor and room. No I'm sorry fornyoir inconvenience. Bad customer service. And the morning front desk staff had conversations amongst themselves and don't speak to the guest as we come in unless you have a question. No greeting. My worst experience as a Hilton honors member and the first hotel in the Hilton chain to experience uncleanliness and bad customer service. I will not be returning to that hotel.

Perfect location to get to Buffalo Airport. Friendly staff, very helpful navigating the area. Shuttle to airport is very convenient. Pool, fitness center, hotel is nicely renovated. We could still smell the fresh paint like new car smell.:) Overall, awesome.
