Uniquement l’accueil du personnel

Tout à commencer par trouver l’hôtel.. le nom de l’hôtel sur la façade (Zenitude) ne correspond pas du tout au nom sur Booking (Apparthotel).. à 1h du matin j’ai cherché l’hôtel pendant 1h .. Du coup je n’ai pas pu me garer au parking de l’hôtel la 1ere nuit. Ensuite très peu de choix et très mauvaise qualité du petit déjeuner Pour finir le nettoyage du dessous de l’abattant des WC n’etait pas fait et c’était immonde.. Rapport qualité prix très très mauvais !! Bref .. pour quelques euros de plus vous trouverez milles fois meilleurs aux environs.

L'emplacement, lit confortable

Arrivé avant 15h, la chambre n'était pas encore prête, je voulais en attendant pouvoir déjeuner dans la salle commune mais on m'a dit que c'était impossible car elle était uniquement réservée pour les petits déjeuners et pour le personnel. C'est bien dommage de ne pas pouvoir disposer dun espace convivial avant de prendre possession de la chambre.

Parking souterrain Grandeur des chambres Emplacement

Petit-déjeuner suffisant. Pas assez de suivi sur le manque de nourriture, et propreté vers la fin du petit-déjeuner discutable (tables et comptoir) Penser à récupérer la télécommande du parking souterrain si le parking extérieur est plein ! Peu d’endroit pour stationner.

"Wat kil hotel aan de rand van de oude stad"

Ruime schone kamers. Receptie vroeg gesloten maar door de goede aanwijzingen ging het krijgen van de sleutel eenvoudig. Ligging is dichtbij de oude stad.

Op de gevel van het hotel staat een andere naam. Dat is verwarrend. Kamers zijn ruim maar doen erg zakelijk (koud) aan.
