Breakfast veramente scarso; sperimentato tre mattine e ad esempio tutte e tre c'erano le posate dentro i contenitori della frutta; in camera la TV non funzionava; chiamata la reception alle 20.30 di sera hanno mandato una persona che non aveva nessuna idea di cosa fare; e infatti la TV non è stata riparata; appena avuta la camera ho subito constatato che lo sciaccuone del water non funzionava; mi hanno mandato un manutentore che ha dovuto ( non per colpa sua) cambiare tutto il pezzo; ci è voluta più di mezz'ora; una signora facente parte del personale addetto alle camere, in attesa dell'ascensore per scendere, è entrata in cabina ed è partita mentre io stavo arrivando ed ero a distanza di 10 metri al massimo dal lift; non mi è mai capitato di alloggiare in un hotel di così basso livello pur avendo pagato 1.000 euro per 4 notti

We loved our honeymoon stay at Una Hotel Forte Dei Marmi. The staff were friendly and kind, the pool was gorgeous and the food was really good- I would definitely recommend the restaurant the food was as good as any we had on the holiday. We had a lovely time and would stay there again. Thanks to the staff for making us so welcome.
