La posizione (15 min a piedi da Piazza dei Miracoli e zona tranquilla); lo staff molto disponibile e gentile; possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio prima e dopo il check in e check out; permesso per la ZTL e possibilitá di pagare il posteggio 24h direttamente in reception; colazione presso il bar della struttura dalle 6.00 alle 11.00.

Està molt bé l'hotel. I el fet de tenir cafeteria a baix on pots prendre el que vulguis a qualsevol hora és un valor afegit.

Crec que caldria revisar el mobiliari: a part de ser molt vell, no hi havia una taula per treballar. T'havies de posar en una mena de tauleta on no podies posar els peus.
