"Location, hotel not that great, wouldn’t go back."

The hotel lobby, hallways and rooms were all clean and well presented. The pleasure facilities were not. They were old and run down.

The facilities were dirty and the pool and sauna were broken so we couldn’t use them. The room was really hot and uncomfortable. We complained and the staff moved us and gave us a fan. In the interim I lost my jacket that the staff said no one had handed in which I find puzzling as it was definitely in the room we moved from which was late at night.

Location was very good for us! A good choice on offer for breakfast!

Unfortunatel the Health Centre pool was out of action, a disappointment as this was part of the reason for choosing thus hotel.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well suited for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The only issue I experienced was the unavailability of the swimming pool during my stay. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Room was great Breakfast was great Staff were great - reception ['Gerry' was very helpful] The general space and atmosphere in the hotel was great

Other food was average - heat ups some of the time; definition of sandwich is clearly very loose in the UK! Swimming poor out of action - boo - but this happens! Linen - towels, sheets, etc, were musty - like they took too long to dry
