"Very disappointing when roaches were found in my room and on my bed."

The office staff was very nice and understanding.

I didn't like coming in after dark and turning the light on to find multiple roaches on the floor and even on the bed. However, with pictures to prove my being upset, I was refunded and left.

Stayed in room 229. Smelled bad. Like cigsrettes and mildew. Bed frames made of tin. Do everytime some one kicked it. It was like a gong went off. Very little sleep.
