Maybe the music was too loud in the bar until late hours during the weekend, but I understand somebody may like to party ... I was here almost twenty years ago and had a recollection of a higher level of restaurant, today is fine but not special

"A staff member stole my watch from my room"

I got my watch stolen by a member of the hotel. Even though the police managed to catch the thieve and recovered the watch, this infortunate event ruined our vacation. Very poor customer orientation by the hotel management, we were not offered neither a glass of water nor any kind of simpathy until next day. We had to go to the police station by ourselves with the language problem, obvious for everyone. If you have a problem in this hotel, good luck with that.
