The attention to detail in the room. Very warm welcome. Generosity with the upgrade. The breakfast options and excellent quality. The staff were also spot on with their restaurant recommendations. Please ask them. they wont disappoint and will also help with the reservations

Location, ambience, rooftop bar and fifth floor restaurant (breakfast), friendly staff.

The room keys which were bulky, needed for the elevator for every floor and for room access + it seemed challenging to issue two keys which is odd given you can’t get around the hotel without one.

Beautiful hotel in a great section of Lisbon. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants and things to do. Close walk to the riverside and the old town in Alfama. Our room was very comfortable. All the people woking in the hotel were so helpful and extremely nice. Our breakfast was included and it was delicious! A great way to start the day overlooking the city and the river from the patio of the restaurant.

"Top Notch Hotel"

Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and a great location. The staff was lovely as well and we rather enjoyed the onsite coffee shop. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lisbon.
