Hotel má krásny bazén na 6. poschodí s terasou a úžasným výhľadom, čo bol pre nás jeden z hlavných highlightov pobytu. Ubytovaní sme boli na 4. poschodí a izby boli veľmi pekné, čisté a dobre zariadené. Celkovo sme boli s pobytom spokojní.

Raňajky boli slabšie – malý výber a nie vždy úplne čerstvé. Nevýhodou bola aj skorá zatváracia doba bazéna a baru (18:45). Chýbal sušič na prádlo a na balkóne by sme ocenili pohodlnejšie sedenie.

Location is an ideal base for Sorrento, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that the roof top bar/terrace closed at 18.30 everyday, the hotel definetly missed an opportunity to be a excellent evening drinks venue

I had a problem in my room from the first day of my arrival, which was only resolved on the last day of my stay, after I asked at the hotel reception 3 times. It was a water leak on the bathroom floor.

The hotel was excellent and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. I was truly impressed by their warm, welcoming attitude. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout my stay. I would be delighted to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

המלון מאוד נקי. הצוות היה שירותי ואדיב. חדר גדול מרווח ונעים.

ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא מזמינה. למי ששותה תחליפי חלב, אין חלב אוונה/שיבולת שועל. המלון לא משקף את הציון 9.2 מלון נחמד מאוד לרמה של 3 כוכבים ולא מעבר.
