Obsluha hotela nad očakavania. Izba nova prerobena velmi pekna čista. Hotel super lokalita.

Mohli by byť bohatšie ranajky ale splnili očakavania. Bazen na streche nebol vyhrievany.

We were upgraded to the ocean view and it was a beautiful room. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station. We walked all the way down to the water which was very beautiful, but fairly strenuous. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet to start the day and there is a beautiful garden. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bathrooms were in new condition. It was a great place to stay to explore the city.

Astonishing behaviour by staff. Sorrento was beautiful and generally hospitality in Italy is excellent, but not at this hotel. After a long day out we popped inside the hotel to discreetly use the bathroom because I have a medical condition which causes severe stomach pains at random times. In the other hotels and the staff where very kind and understanding about it, accepting a small purchase or tip as thanks, so we thought it would be the same here- but as soon as we were through the door Staff immediately started yelling and threatening us aggressively and insisting they’d call the police. They interrupted, shouting when we tried to politely explain, and eliminating the option for remuneration or courtesy purchase, because of the hostile immediacy of our instruction to leave. I understand the policy about not wanting non staying guests, but in a business that relies on tourism and hospitality, it is extremely hostile and inhuman to shout at and threaten people immediately without understanding the situation or any circumstance /problem they may have.

The old lady driving a green Topolino (the owner as she said) treated us like garbage while we we're waiting outside for our bus. I would NEVER go!!!!

It was in a central position. À walk to the shops and alleys. The pool on the rooftop looked fantastic as was the bar up there & the views. It wasn’t hot enough weather for me to swim. The welcome when I arrived was great. The grounds are lovely with plenty of seating. The hotel has a short cut at the back to the shops etc. there is a gate that opens with a press of à button. The breakfast choice was huge (but not Australian style ie bacon & eggs). The dining area was massive with food displayed on various tables so you don’t crowd over one table. There is a small fridge.

I liked it all. I had a balcony with a door that opens for fresh air but the traffic & scooters etc are so noisy which isn’t the hotels fault.

Гостиница и номер были лучше, чем мы ожидали ,очень приветливый персонал!отличное расстояние, прямо в центре города, но на тихой улице, прямо напротив обрыва долиной мельниц

Нам не хватало обычной,домашней кофе машины с капсулами для кофе
