Staff were amazing, hotel is nicely decorated.

Parking at hotel is expensive, coffee only available until 8am Horrible view from our room of the parking garage but we got what we paid for by going for the deals. In retrospect we should have paid more for a better room view

Location is great!

Said that my room will be cleaned after my 2nd day stay at the hotel but they did not, i called the front desk about it but they did not do it again the following day which really upsets me and i just had to call again just to change my trash. Inconvenient for me as a customer. They did not provide any necessities too like toothbrush, toothpaste. Check in time is 3pm and i got my room at 3:20pm which they should of asked me if i just wanted to have an upgrade or any room available since i wanna rest after my flight. But did get nothing even the complimentary drink, with a hot towel. Please do better.
