El desayuno: algo variado, pero con faltantes básicos. La higiene: durante toda mi estancia, había cabellos largos en el baño. Yo tengo el corte al ras. Así que míos no eran

Siempre todo el Hotel esta muy limpio e higienico. Posee una ubicación buena y cercana a distintos lugares. El desayuno ofrece una variedad de alimentos y todo tiene muy buena preparación.

Todo... la habitacion amplia con su escritorio, la cama y las almohadas re comodas, el baño y la ducha excelente, con buena presion de agua y bien caliente para tomar una buena ducha, el personal que me recepciono en mi check in y chek out, muy cordial, atento y amable, el desayuno es de lo mejor! acondicionan la habitacion y cambian la tohallas a diario, la ubicacion es genial, a pocas cuadras del metro Pedro de Valdivia, para llegar desde el aeropuerto es re facil, tomar Turibus hasta la estacion de metro Pajaritos, de alli bajar en Pedro de Valdivias y caminar aprox. 4 cuadras hasta el hotel... olvidaba ... que esta a 2 estaciones de metro del mall Costanera... cuando vuelva a Santiago de Chile sin dudarlo me alojare en Alcala del Rio! Muchas gracias !
