veľmi oceňujem komunikáciu recepcie pred aj počas pobytu, recepčný pán vie o čom je zákaznícky servis, postaral sa o všetko, cestovala som aj so psíkom, úplne perfektné, že v miestnosti, ktorá sa volá salónik tam mohol byť so mnou počas raňajok, takže som ho nemusela nechávať na izbe-toto je absolútne skvelý servis, moc ďakujem, topka, izba čistá, tichá, komfortná, lokácia necelé 2 km od centra, my sme si dali večernú prechádzku, parking bez problémov, určite sa vrátime, hotel perfektný pre psíčkarov.

Lokalita odpovídá ceně a pokud jste spojeni s Výstavištěm jakoukoliv pracovní záležitostí, tak velmi doporučuji. Snídaně byla vynikající a paní na recepci velmi ochotná. Hotel z venku nevypadá reprezentativně, ale uvnitř je naprosto v pořádku

Bylo komunikováno parkoviště, ale je placené a nehlídané, tak to je jen realita, která občas neudělá člověku radost.
