The location is good. Breakfast was quite nice. Hotel has a terrace, what is comfortable if someone has a room without a balcony. The room is quite big.

The size of a bathroom is a joke, I am quite a small person but I can’t imagine for example a grown up man sitting on this toilet or having shower with ability to close this shower. When I entered this room there was a really strong unpleasant smell of very chemical cleaning supplies. The staff at the reception desk was not really welcoming.

Proche du centre historique de Palerme. De très beau dessins d'art

Les tapages environnants tard dans la nuit ( c'est Palerme) et le manque d'insonorisatiion ! Le manque d'informations ( Ou prendre exactement le shuttle vers l'aeroport par exemple )!?!?

la posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi vuole stare al centro di tutti i servizi.

In una settimana non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, si sono limitati a tenderle e piegarle per bene. Strano che non si siamo accorti che sin dal primo giorno di permanenza avevo leggermente sporcato (e da me pulito per quanto mi sia stato possibile) di sangue mestruale il lenzuolo sottostante. Ovviamente il letto lo ho sempre lasciato disfatto perché si vedessero le macchie, nella speranza di qualche sostituzione. Tuttavia non ho preteso la sostituzione visto che ho pagato il minimo sindacale, prenotando a febbraio.
