"Самая худшая гостиница из всех что я была. Ужасное обращение персонала."

Хорошая была только локация.

Все было ужасно с самого начала. Персонал отвратительный, задержали номер на час. Когда нас провожали в номер он оказался в полу подвальном помещении над SPA. Мы бронировали номер в категории «полулюкс» с видом. В итоге в нашем окне вид был на ветки. В номере ужасно воняло сыростью и плесенью в перемешку со средствами из spa. Я аллергик и мы попросили заменить нам номер, мы были согласны на номер категории ниже, но персонал категорически отказался сославшись на 100% загрузку (хотя мы заезжали в воскресенье и бронировали номер на 2 ночи). Ужасные администраторы делали вид что они не говорят на Английском и просто игнорировали наши мольбы. Завтрак был очень скудный, не прожаренные омлеты и кофе в супницах. В 10:00 28 июля мы сдали ключи, администраторы даже не поинтересовались почему мы выселяемся на сутки раньше. Мы написали претензию в поддержку Букинг и надеемся на возврат суммы за вторую ночь которую мы там не проживали по понятным причинам.

L'endroit est magnifique en surplombant la ville d'Etretat et la Plage. Très belle vue L'emplacement de la piscine est très agréable, et elle est chauffée Les Petits déjeuner ou tout est fait maison Le service toujours accueillant et sympathique, possibilité de pendre un snack autour de la piscine le midi Les chiens sont bienvenus
