Americas Best Value Inn Greeley Evans

Service was great but hotel really needs remodeling. It’s also very ghetto, don’t stay with children! Cheap doesn’t always mean good. Many locals live in this place and they literally did a bbq outside of theirs rooms on the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all! Spend the extra cash and stay in Greely. Much safer there.

Did not stay after seeing the room in person, walked out and found a nice hotel for that night

It's QUIET......BOOKING.COM was easy to use .the owner here is nice, charming we really like it here. can't wait till the pool opens

The staff at the property was wonderful. The rooms were ok for the price that i paid. Its next to the highway so its very noisy.

Very nice place. It is a basic room yet perfectly functional. Clean and had nice beds and good space.

needs a little update but comfortable

I had no heat in the room. The manager was supposed to call and didn't. It was the worst time in a hotel.

No heat in the room, holes in the floor, dirty, and felt unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE

We got stuck in town during a business trip due to snow & fog that prevented us from going home that night as originally planned. We weren't expecting much since it was a last minute stay and one of the cheapest we could find on such short notice. Hotel was clean but the room we stayed in had a very large hole in the carpet right as you walked in. Room wasn't very big but did have a queen bed in it as requested but I think we would have been better off sleeping on the floor as this was the hardest bed we have ever slept in, in any hotel we have ever been too. Neither one of us got much sleep due to the bed and the fact that the heater didn't cool off much at night keeping the room extremely warm all night. But for the price it wasn't as awful as we expected it to be.
