The appearance of the property

No ice. Paid extra each might for our car to have a parking space at the property. Small bathroom. No smoking on balcony. Continental breakfast that was not appealing.

"Excelente hotel, cerca de Knott's Berry Farm y parques de Disney"

Cercanía a los parques de Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, estadio Angels y muchas cosas mas... La amabilidad del personal y la capacidad de estar en la mejor disposición de resolver algún problema que se pueda suscitar antes o durante la estancia.

Que te mencionan que el aseo lo hacen cada 3 días pero si se te olvida poner en la puerta que hagan el aseo, no lo hacen, entonces en estancias de más de 6 días si se te olvida poner la seña en la puerta por estar temprano en los parques, pues sería uno, el que hace el aseó =(
