Location was excellent. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Nice big fluffy soft towels. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful.

Staff, location, cleanliness, rooms, breakfast were all amazing. We had such a great stay. The staff were so helpful, accommodating and welcoming. We would 100% be back. Also the location was so central and easy to get around from!

La ville de Bellagio est très belle et bien située pour découvrir le lac de Côme. Et l’hôtel et très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville et près du port

Nous le savions à l’avance, l’entrée de l’hôtel est située dans une « salita » c’est à dire une montée d’escaliers. Ce serait parfait si l’hôtel disposait d’un personnel aidant à monter et descendre les bagages dans cette Salita.

Very comfortable clean rooms, great location and staff. Very good European type free breakfast. Well worth our stay
