لم يعجبني شيء نبدا بالاستقبال لم يستقبلنا احد منذ دخولنا وصلنا بكير كتير ومقبلوش يفوتونا عالفطور بقلولنا بس بدفع وصلنا عالتمانة عال2 لحتى استلمنا الغرف ومعنا ولاد صغار احنا 11 شخص حتى مي ما جابولنا مش عارفين حالنا شو نعمل وننعبي اعطونا ورقة الفاصيل تاعتنا فش قلم حبر بكل الفندق فش ترحيب بالمرة ولا حتى ابتسامة لطيفة لحتى بعد حوالي ساعتين اجو لبسونا الاسوار اجت وحدة اسمها اميرة هيي الوحيدة الي كانت بتجننن بالمعاملة صراحة ما قصرت معنا وشرحتلنا كل حاجة عن الفندق هيي الحاجة الوحيدة الحلوة
