The Beach House Inn

Not a family hotel, staff is super friendly, but regular guests are usually party people, making noise all night smoking and drinking no common areas. Hotel is ok, room is.ok

For the price, and being directly on the ocean it is okay. Beds are real hard. Customer service is excellent. Parking is tight since people bring multiple cars. I recommend for an economical stay with beach access.

It was horrible and we didn't even stay the night. We ended up just going to the beach, and taking a quick dip in the pool, but could not stay the night. The room had a smell, the pool area was unkempt. The sits had no cushions, and the ones that did the cushions were ripped. The bathroom window would not close, which made us feel unsafe, and the front desk staff was not good. It was a complete waste of money, we ended up driving back home after going to the beach.

We liked we could walk to the beach, even though we didnt because they were under new manegment. So no staff could get into our room until 3 hours after check in. And there were 3 other guest in the lobby at the same time as us with the same issue. Wouldnt offer any accomidatuon since I booked through someone else. There is only 2 floors, no elevator. We lost our $100 and stayed 7 min. away!

People are rude ac in room wasn’t working called at 2 am he came up said it’s fine called management in the morning was told I should have checked everything ??? I would like a refund

Nats in the room. Hair on the sheet and dried blood and dirt on the bedspread. This was the most horrible room we have ever been in in our lives. No hotel should be this bad. They should be asshamed of themselves.

I liked having access to the beach.Also, the location was perfect to downtown and shopping. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. On the down side, the tub in our room had rust at the bottom and we saw a roach in there. So on a scale from 1-10, I give a 5. Had a nice stay.

We had to change rooms once we got there, then had to get a new key everyday because our key kept deactivating. The pool wasn’t that impressive but close to the ocean was a plus.
