My wife and I had a wonderful vacation a the Victoria Resort in Phan Thiet. The beach bungalow had an awesome view of the ocean. The food at the restaurant was really good and service was great. We wanted to highlight the outstanding drink service at the pool bar. Our bartender Thinh Thach Quy Van and the Managwr Thu Huong De Vi provided the best service we have had at any Resort. I rarely write reviews, but Victoria Phan Thiết truly deserves one. This is, without a doubt, one of the most soulful resorts I have ever stayed at in Vietnam. The resort is more than 20 years old, yet everything feels incredibly well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully cared for. What makes this place exceptional is the heart behind it — not just the facilities, but the people. Many of the local staff have been working here for years, and you can feel the genuine warmth, professionalism, and pride in everything they do. It doesn’t feel like “service”, it feels like sincere hospitality. The attention to detail is rare these days: in the morning, the staff opens the curtains and refreshes the room; in the afternoon, they come again to tidy up, close the curtains, and bring extra water, fruits, small treats, and even a short story to read each day. These little gestures made my stay feel personal and comforting, like being taken care of at home. The food was delicious, and surprisingly affordable compared to many luxury resorts today. The atmosphere is private, peaceful, and elegant, yet still full of sunshine, sea breeze, and that beautiful Phan Thiết energy. I have visited twice already, and I will definitely return soon. The owner and the whole team clearly run this place with true dedication and care, and it shows. Highly recommended for anyone who values authenticity, comfort, and a resort that truly has a soul.

I had an unforgettable stay at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort & Spa. The resort’s charming colonial style creates a peaceful, timeless atmosphere, and the lush gardens make every walk feel like a small escape. The beachfront is truly stunning. Wide, clean, and perfect for relaxing mornings or sunset strolls. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Van and Thanh, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that I’ll always remember. If you’re looking for a beautiful, serene getaway with outstanding service, this resort is an excellent choice. I’m already looking forward to returning.

The staff was very nice, such as Tuyet, Quy, Kieu Huong Thu Huong and chef Trinh. The room listen the wave. The massage is good. The food is very good.

I’ll start this review by saying that the customer service and hospitality at this resort is genuinely five-star level. This is where the hotel really stands out. A huge thank you to Thanh Phạm, who provided incredible service from the very beginning of our stay right through to the end. She was exceptionally quick to help with anything we needed and made the entire experience seamless. I’d also like to thank Thu Hương, Quý, Van, Vi, Tuyết, Kiều Hương, Thạch, Thịnh, and Khánh for their consistently excellent service throughout our stay. We stayed in a beachfront villa, which was wonderful. The room was very well maintained and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The terrace, complete with personal loungers, was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping was impressively efficient and reliable. The room was spotlessly clean every morning in no time at all. The resort offers a good range of sports activities. There is a very good tennis court available for free during daylight hours, and while there is a small fee for the lights at night. The gym has all the basics and is perfectly adequate for a solid workout. A special mention goes to Mr. Bình, with whom we had an amazing time playing pétanque. He was incredibly engaging and made sure everyone had a great time. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant overlooking the beach. The views are beautiful, and the food is both delicious and great value for money. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and chefs: Mr. Vũ, Khôi, Đức, Ms. Trị, Hưng, Trung, Nguyên, and Nhân Ánh, for making every meal a pleasure. As for a few downsides and suggestions for improvement, some parts of the hotel facilities do feel a bit dated, and the age of the property is noticeable in places. The infinity pool is excellent, with plenty of loungers and a great atmosphere, but the second pool area felt somewhat forgotten. It wasn’t as inviting and lacked the number of loungers as the main pool. Overall, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phan Thiết, especially if you value outstanding service and a relaxing beachfront experience.

We had a lovely relaxing stay and this was assisted by the amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, From Thanh in Guest Services, security, gardeners and the cleaning team. We would like to say a personal thanks to the restuarant staff for their caring attentive nature.
