既にもう30回(足掛け25年)利用させて頂いています。一時　新設の施設も利用しましたが、風情や調度など懐かしいベトナムがありますので今回もここに投宿。

오래된 시설이지만 관리가 꽤 잘되고 있는 편. 특히 깨끗하고 벌레하나 없음. 하지만 2번의 에어컨 고장, 테라스 창문문제로 수리기사분들과 함께한 시간들이 많았음.. 시설교체는 필요한 것으로 보여지지만. 이 모든 것들을 주변 환경과 친절한 직원분들이 모두 커버해주네요. 이 리조트의 장점인 만큼 이왕이면 beach front를 가는게 좋아요.

Super séjour ! Dommage que les lits enfnats soient en supplement (40€). Nous avons rajouté une nuit à notre séjour et le management n'a pas voulu nous faire de rabais... Pourtant l occupation était très basse (en plein Covid19)... Restaurant au top !! Matteo à été de super conseil. Notre enfant a adoré le club enfnat. Installations sportives variées mais malheureusement peu de gens les utilisent donc difficile den profiter pleinement en étant seuls

Fantastisk udsigt og belligenhed fra lejlighederne placeret ved vandet, som dog fremstår en smule slidt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Restauranten serverer en fin morgenmad, men en smule variation hver dag ville ikke skade.

We found it great the evening meals let it down a bit. Not as tasty as other hotels we had stayed at.

Right!! we have left our feedback directly to Hotel last month. However no reply nor acknowledgement from them. So really wonder if our voice are heard. At the reception desks:we felt that the team were not confident enough to deal with client's inquiries. Hotel facilities: we were disappointed to find out that customers from outside of hotel can use facilities(swimming pool,gym) leading to overcrowded at the swimming pool area. We couldn't manage even for for days to find any available sun bed,also the Swimming pool wasn't well maintained as we spotted there were rubbish and oil on the surface of water. Also this isn't fair on clients who pay full amount rate and their desire to have inclusive services…. The gym and beach volleyball area were occupied from morning to evening by people who don't stay at the hotel. Breakfast:There was no doubt that staffs were trying their best to accommodate hotel guests, however the food display was limited, the juice station weren't fresh, all tasted synthetic and artificial sweetness. The selection of charcuterie was basic, the board was almost empty all the time, just two type of cheese were available when we were there. During our 7 days of stay. There were no changes of variety and options. Food:The menu and the wine list looks old fashioned and quite boring unfortunately The staff in the restaurant were always smiley and doing their best, however they definitely deserve more training. The food was edible but wasn't good enoug

3년만에 방문한 빅토리아 판티엣. 최고 성수기때라서 그런지 과거에 비하면 여유로움이 덜 한 느낌이었습니다. 방 두개를 예약하였지만 너무 동떨어져서 일행끼리 불편함이 있었습니다. 호텔에 지나치게 우리 정보를 준 것이 오히려 독이 되는 경우도 있더군요. 4명 출발에서 2명 출발이라 더블베드도 상관없다고 했더니 구지 더블베드만 골라서 방을 떨어뜨려 놓더군요

erg vriendelijk personeel, kamers liggen heel gunstig in prachtige tuin. Strand is schoon, 2 zwembaden met behulpzaam personeel. Kinderopvang waar dames werken met hart voor hun werk, onze twee meiden voelen zich daar altijd erg thuis.
