Rodeway Inn Bellows Falls

Went well, check in was easy, check out was easy, bedding could be updated and cleaned, stains were noted in the bed spread, pillows were very very old and had little to no support. Otherwise it suited the purpose needed just fine.

The room was in excellent condition. Everything I needed was there. However, no one was in the office to greet me. I had to use a special phone set up to let them know I was there. Then in the morning the office door was locked, but there was a place to drop off keys. It was 6:30 in the morning and I was wondering when the free breakfast started. The owner was right inside and opened the door......no breakfast till 7:00. Because of where I was headed, I had to take off, so not breakfast....I was disappointed....

I could tell the staff was really trying, but the place was just very run down. Sheets and beds were clean, but a/c was extremely loud, shutting off and on all night. Breakfast room was dark and old.

It was a room that had a clean bed, and a hot shower. Over night was ok. I would not want to stay longer.

No carpeting on floor. Must be easier to clean though.

This motel is stark with no landscaping, but the rooms are clean. It is fine for a place to crash while on the road, but for a romantic stay, look elsewhere.

I arrived at hotel to check in and there was no power. We still tried to check in because it was about 9:30 pm and we really did not want to travel further. We advised clerk that we had prepaid; but in return clerk advised us it was not her fault and we could not stay. She sent us to Holiday Express where we were obligated to pay a triple fee. Later I tried to get a refund and the manager said we were a no show and was not entitled to a refund. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I will not stay there in the future.

Booked and paid in advance online through Expedia. Upon arrival the person at the office wasn't given access to the computer by the manager and didn't know how to get me checked in. I sat for well over an hour while the staff tried, diligently, to contact the manager, who was at a rehearsal dinner and wasn't answering her phone. When I finally got a room I wanted, needed, to do laundry and there were no washers and dryers for guest use. The bed was comfortable and the television was a 40", which was nice. The building itself was very old and desperately needed some upgrades and improvements..

Room was dirty and in bad shape. Pool was filled in years ago.

just two bad points: error made in room key and young lady banging and trying to get in and their breakfast
