The location to downtown was the best thing. The property could use some upgrades, tub grout, vanity, etc., although the bed was very comfortable. We got a non-smoking room, however, the room definitely smelled like smoke. They had placed ugly white plastic chairs just outside the doors with ashtrays!

It was an average hotel.I knew it would be but I needed the location.It was good enough for our needs.

Went to office to state that the television was not able to show channels except for a few that were not acceptable for us. This did not change nothing was done. We left to go to our destination for the day, upon return later in the day room was not cleaned nor stocked with supplies,(coffee, cups or clean towels.) nor was trash emptied. We do not plan on returning there again. Also bed was too high and uncomfortable for us. NOT A GOOD VALUE!

Television channels basically non existence very limited and not worth watching as we do not follow channels offered

Close to the racetrack

The room was clean, simple and comfortable, but the nightly rate is too much for a bare bones motel.

Clean and basic. TUB VERY SLIPPERY.
