**Horrible Hotel Experience – Broken Facilities, Bugs, and Unfair Charges** My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. First, the bathroom fan was falling off the ceiling, and the bathtub faucet was broken. When I showed photo evidence to the front desk officer during checkout (since I had paid a deposit), he refused to make any adjustments—claiming it wasn’t their problem. The worst part? As I was about to sleep, I found a **bug on the bedsheet**—absolutely disgusting! When I showed them the photo and demanded action, the registration officer coldly told me, *“You can check out now.”* They offered a refund but forced me to leave at **11:30 PM**—where was I supposed to go at that hour? This was beyond unacceptable. To add insult to injury, **Travelocity listed the pet fee as $15/night**, but the hotel charged me **$20/night**. Their excuse? *“The website made a mistake.”* How is that possible? Without the hotel’s approval, third-party sites like Travelocity or Expedia **cannot** just set random fees. This feels like a scam. **Avoid this place at all costs**—poor maintenance, terrible customer service, and shady charges. I really want to post the photo to show you all , but there is no way to upload!

It was dirty with holes in the wall. Roaches crawling on everything. The lights were on to maybe scare the roaches away but they weren't scared. I took a few pics then went back to office and got my money back. Which they refunded right away.

Condition of room was awful. Not clean, sheets did not look clean. Cigarette burn on them. Door did not close tightly. Bugs in room. Bathroom was very bad as well.

Roaches everywhere, way overpriced to be so dirty

Staff was friendly

Very run down. Room smelled horrible and electrical outlets didnt work. It was wooden planks boarding up and a removed stairwell. Carpet was shredded. Space in between the door to where I could see outside. In desperate need of renovations.

Nothing.

Refrigerator didn't work and smelled like sludge. The bed squeaked every time you sat on it so it must have gotten a few good work outs in when it was in its prime.😏🙄. The bathroom tub was rusted and we spotted at least two roaches during our stay.
