Quin was exceptional , this hotel has become my new favorite and this is my 4th stay and quickly remembered me and my family and always greeted us with a smile and outstanding customer service. Even remember my favorite room . And how I need extra was cloths for the kids. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in atlanta now

So I don't leave that many reviews, unless it was superb, and this hotel was superb!!! Everything was clean, staff was so kind and helpful, the food was awesome, and the location was just astounding! Didn't have any issues checking in, getting my car parked, and no complaints on the food. Although the only downfall to our stay was the shower and bath took a moment for the hot water to come on. But overall this was such a pleasant and wonderful stay, I even almost stayed for another night just because how amazing it was!

No sound proof glass, so all the sounds of traffic would be heard even in the bed room area. The ice maker and water from fridge did not work, shower and tub was way smaller than they looked in the photos.
