The property is very nice and is geared towards couples and families that like to stay active and do activities. The property is clean and well maintained, though the beach is very rocky (there’s a small section that is sandy).

The bathrooms are pretty small with a very large door that takes up most of the space, the shower glass is too small so water goes everywhere, and the little basket to hold soaps is right where you need to stand to shower properly - not thought out well at all. There’s a space under the doors to the room where bugs can easily come in, especially at night. The rooms also seem to be made with very cheap materials (ex. zero soundproofing making it difficult to sleep, wallpaper and tile that don’t go the entire length of the wall, uneven tiles, etc.)

I loved the facilities and the staff was super friendly. Nice pools, restaurants and also the private beach is beautiful.

We booked 2 bungalow pool view rooms - according to booking.com this room had 2 single beds and 1 extra large double bed. The room did not have this; we has one single bed, an extra large double bed and a cot (according to our request). There was hardly any space left to walk. Under no circumstances would there have been space for 2 single beds. Pricing of the food and drinks was, compared to the rest of Crete, super high.

Everything was perfect, it was the most beautiful vacation. The food, the people, the facilities, everything perfect.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und ästethisch. Die Zimmer sind modern und grösser als der standard. Am Buffet ist die Auswahl gross und es gibt verschiedene Restaurants. Es gibt eine Hotel App wo man alles auf einen Blick hat und sogar Reservierungen für in den Restaurants vornehmen kann. Für Urlaub mit Baby perfekt, man hat alles was man braucht.

Die Preise in den Restaurants sind unverschämt für das was man bekommt, besonders im Strand Restaurant (the beach shack). Das Personal besonders die Kellner am Strand und im Buffet Restaurant waren unmotiviert und nicht gastfreundlich, oft wurden wir im Buffet Restaurant gar nicht bedient und mussten immer selbst nach den Getränken fragen. Die Teller wurden teilweise, als man das Essen noch gerade im Mund hatte bereits abgeräumt. Am Sonnenschirm am Strand ist eine Klingel installiert, um direkt am Liegestuhl Essen und Trinken bestellen zu können, jedoch auch nach mehrmals klingeln und lange warten kam niemand, ich weiss nicht wofür dies installiert wurde.

Le cadre est superbe, l’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, et les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité, un vrai plus.

De notre côté, nous avions imaginé, au vu des photos et de la présentation, une ambiance un peu « cubain chic » et très élégante. En réalité, l’atmosphère nous a plutôt fait penser à un camping 5 étoiles luxueux, très familial, avec beaucoup d’enfants. Ce n’est pas péjoratif (les enfants étaient respectueux et il n’y avait pas de bruit excessif), mais ce n’est pas tout à fait ce que nous attendions. Donc si vous recherchez ce style « chic et romantique », il faut bien en tenir compte avant de réserver. Pour les familles, en revanche, c’est idéal. Concernant la chambre, nous avions réservé une « vue mer directe », mais dans les faits, ce n’était pas exactement ça : les bungalows sont côte à côte, et des transats accessibles à tous se trouvent juste devant. Cela enlève un peu l’impression d’exclusivité, surtout pour un tarif de 400 € la nuit. Enfin, il faut prendre en compte que tout est assez onéreux sur place, qu’une taxe de 30 € est ajoutée en fin de séjour, et que l’hôtel est un peu isolé : disposer d’une voiture est indispensable. Petit conseil : à seulement 10 minutes en voiture ou en quad, la ville de Sissi propose des hôtels similaires, avec de très belles vues plongeantes sur la mer, pour des prix équivalents. Pour un couple cherchant plus de charme et de tranquillité, c’est une alternative intéressante si l’on hésite avec Malia.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön. Und das Personal ist extrem nett. Sehr unaufdringlich und trotzdem ehrlich nett. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, ohne aber riesig zu sein. Die Restaurants auf der Anlage sind super schön. Das Essen ist gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock zugeteilt bekommen. Mit Kleinkind, Kinderwagen und ohne Lift ist das etwas doof. Das Gym ist leider abgenutzt und sehr klein. Passt nicht zu der ganzen Anlage. Nicht 5-Sterne! Die Fotos online sind grundsätzlich etwas besser als die Anlage vor Ort. Aber die Anlage ist schön! Die Preise vor Ort in den Restaurants sind sehr hoch. Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen und an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Man braucht ein Auto (2km in den nächsten Ort).

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit guter Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Auch ein kleiner Shop ist dabei, wo man alles nötige zu einem guten Preis erhält. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind geräumig auch wenn die Badezimmer etwas eng sind. Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass die Liegen und Tische am Pool zu selten gereinigt wurden
