Americas Best Value Inn & Suites University Ave

Arrived later at night and the manager, Rahul, greeted me by name and had everything ready for me. There were no more rooms available in the non-smoking section of the hotel with the beds we needed, so Rahul upgraded us to a queen suite at no charge for us. The room was super clean and had amazing new floors. Such a great experience at this hotel. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for any in the little rock area.

Clean well kept large rooms. Needed tvl adjustment when we first arrived and was taken care of properly. Bed was comfortable and micro and refrigerator worked well. Morning breakfast was good. There is a train nearby, but with closed windows and the air conditioner running this was not a problem. This hotel would have been a 5 star if not for the train.

My husband and I had a great experience for our first stay here. We felt welcomed the front desk worker was very friendly and inviting. Due to this we will visit again, and we thank them for their great hospitality!!!!!

We stayed at this property on 11/15/16 and found it to be well worth the money. We had an excellent night's sleep and woke up significantly later than usual. What made the stay special, however, was the staff. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and the General Manager, Raoul, took pride in the property. He personally helped us with an electronic matter and was bright and talkative. In the morning he even offered to help me take our large, heavy, ice chest down the stairs to the car. No one has ever done that for me at a motel. We'd stay there again.

I was reading this wasn't the best choice for a motel due to the area but continued to find reviews that were extremely favorable because of the conscientious staff and innkeeper and his desire to make the customers stay enjoyable. I met Rahul at checking and found him very down-to-earth and delightful. He was very interested in making sure I was comfortable and insisted on moving me to a better room since I had a problem sleeping in the room assigned to me two days before. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Little Rock. Also his recommendation of the Mexican food truck nearby was right on.

They hotel was ok but the staff was not very friendly and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that my stay was ok. Breakfast could have been better also. The room was very nicely decorated though.

My daughter had 2 appointments at the Baptist Medical Center over 2 days time. It was an easy and short trip there and back. The rooms were wonderful, smelled like oranges when we first arrived. They are big rooms and have very comfortable beds. The owners were wonderful and the employees were friendly. We checked out and went to my daughters last appointment. Ended up having to stay another night for a last minute appointment the next day. I had no problem getting the room again for the night. Would recommend this Inn to everyone. There are many good restaurants to choose from and a Walgreens nearby. The price is right!!!

I am not usually a fan of this hotel chain but I stopped there late one night and was very pleased with the room and the customer service. The hotel manager himself showed our room which was very clean and well kept. A great bargain for the price! The manager was very hospitable and friendly.

We take a cross country road trip annually. Since we are on a motorcycle we have goals with no plans because weather dictates our path. This stop was a lovely experience. The Inn was immaculately clean, well cared for and the staff friendly and helpful. The price was right. Will definitely book a return visit next trip through Little Rock. It's on our list of do's.
