"Great location, not a great room"

The location was great, right in the city center near lots of excellent restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the ferry.

The room was dark and small. The bedding seemed old and there was no hot water. Some staff members were great, very friendly and welcoming and some were rude and inflexible.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in ahead of time, something that nowadays is hard to find. The hotel location is amazing !! The terrace is so amazing

Too expensive for what it is, especially the economy room. But well, guess those are the prices for Sorrento

"Very good location"

Hotel is very kind to switch blanket to trapunta for us.

Since both Capri and Positano are very busy with tourists, we have to go there earlier to avoid crowds, but missed the breakfast at the hotel, which started late at 7:30. Wi-Fi is a bit slow .
