The Location of the hotel was great. Our room was located awkwardly near the breakfast balcony room with the bathroom window and a second door leading to the hall. It felt a little less private. We only needed the room for 1 night. For 1 night it was fine. The hotel is located on the Main Street so be sure to bring your earplugs because it is noisy with loud music booming from local businesses. Staff was fantastic. You must leave your room key with the front desk staff anytime you leave. The balcony overlooking the Main Street is beautiful.

Noisy. Location of room. Price was high, but everything is a bit more expensive in Sorrento.

Beautiful, friendly hotel , perfect location , lovely breakfast, our room was only a standard double room but it was adequate and the bed was comfy , if we return I’d like a room with a balcony , unfortunately they were all booked , printed our train tickets for us which was very helpful , we loved Sorrento , our favourite destination so far on our Italy tour

The room was a little noisy from other guests upstairs , possibly could do with some sound proofing
