The check in lady at front desk was very welcoming, efficient and nice!

The bedspread had burn marks, refrigerator was broken and leaking water on floor, room smelled bad, heater obnoxiously loud, clientele loud and rambunctious after 10 pm

Location good for shopping

There was absolutely not hot water tried from the time I checked in till I decided to leave at 5 am one day early from my checkout time. Tv didn’t work remote didn’t work. Heating in room barely got warm. So no heat or hot water.

"Great stay other than hot water temperature"

What Breakfast?? Location was great..

Hot water temperature is too low in sink and shower!! Toilet hard to flush and plumbing issues!!
