The paintings on the walls.

The tv was too low for being in front of the bed. Pillow was too soft.

The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

The bed was comfy. The room was ok.

The staff does not respect their guest privacy. I had a friend, my boyfriend, and my brother stop by for a bit during my visit (over a 2 day stay). When I came to extend for a 3rd day, I was told they didn't have availability. When I came back later that day for this reservation they tried to tell me the same thing. I told them I already had a reservation. Then I was told I couldn't stay because I didn't have my visitors provide their IDs to the front desk. Each of them only visited for an hour or 2 and no one stayed the night. They insinuated that I was up to no good. She said " I don't know how many GUYS you had come to your room.." I had just gotten back into town so I had a few people who wanted to hang out. Not sure how that was an issue but it was. It all could have been avoided if they would have just told me the issue, regardless of how ridiculous it was. I was clean, quiet, and respectful during my stay but I guess none of that mattered. The heater wouldn't stay on, had hairs and dirt in the shower, and when I chose to stay another day (day 2), no one came by to see if I needed anything. Very bad customer service.

The owner Mario is super nice and professional. The room had a big refrigerator with a good size seperate freezer. The ac/heat unit did not seem to work the best but it did not bother me much since it was cool during my saty. For the price, I would definitely recommend it.

I liked the staff they were professional and courteous along with rooms were really nice.

Room was larger than expected. Clean, quiet good price.

Mario at the front is a major asset to the company!!
