Motel 9

I chose this over Motel 6 because its Google rating was 0.1 star higher. I'm so glad I did. My room was incredible. Huge room, comfortable bed. I liked the unique decor too, which gave it character and made it feel homey. I'm sorry for anyone who had bad experiences, but I would definitely recommend staying here.

PAID reservation was cancelled on arrival because my friend, that i booked stay for, didnt have my credit card. I was out of town

If you are looking to stay in Fort Collins for cheap, this place will work.

I have stayed in several of the motels around I-25/ Mulberry exit and this one is the best. Cozy, warm and a great price.

The staff would not let a service animal in the room.

I sat on a needle on my bed and was laughed at by the manager when I told him. I never got a full refund and the woman at the front said I’m no longer allowed to stay there, as if I’d come back. Whole place smelt like feet.

It isn't a bad place to stay for a night. Clean and cozy

The room was filthy yet a $20 deposit was charged. This mystery deposit was promised to be returned...it wasn't. Feels like a scam. There is a reason this is the cheapest motel in Fort Collins. The property manager was constantly intrusive with phone calls numerous time complaining about bathroom ventilation fan and heater/fan being left on for too long. I mentioned the musty smell to her and received absolutly no response other than "just shut your window". I accidentally left the heater on low that day...she seemed to know, although I made no request for them to enter my room while I wasn't there. I can't seem to be able to upload any photos of the filth in this disgusting room. Take my word though...gross
