I've stayed at this location before, they were helpful. I had an issue with my arrival the staff tried to work with me and provided with direction we I was able to get there a day late

Staff is very nice and so is front seat area. The room was dirty there was roaches, carpet is very old and felt damp/moldy.

Lindsey at the front desk was awesome. Friendly, outgoing and very friendly. The ice machine on our floor was not working so she took the time to go the 2nd floor and get ice for us.

This time my room was closer to the back door side and it was propped open with a brick, which I didn’t feel safe about it at all. I later came through again and the brick was removed.

"Don’t believe the WiFi hype."

I thought maybe, just maybe some of the other complaints would have been attended to before we got here, but I was wrong. The AC worked, and here was a bed with pillows so I was happy. If you want a brand new glass shower bathroom, this isn’t the place for you - it looked like our shower curtain had fallen out of the wall about 5 times and after the third time they just stopped patching/repainting. We were on the bottom floor, close to the front of the hotel and the WiFi that they described as good was ... 1980s dial-up level at best. But again, this is a very small down and this hotel is definitely your best option, and I think knowing that they’re in no hurry to upgrade it.
